Professor Trevor Hart: Christianity and the Arts
Trevor Hart is the Director of the Institute for Theology, Imagination and the Arts at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. He was in Sydney to deliver the annual New College Lectures, and was generously made available to CPX by New College.
Here he talks about the relationship between Christianity and the Arts. Is there a natural connection between things spiritual and creative? Do we find echoes of God in artistic accomplishments? Could the Arts be a locus of God's activity in the world?
